- Information you give us. When you request a quote, send us a file, contact a store, or sign up for updates, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any notes or files describing your project.
- Files you upload. Documents and artwork submitted through our file-share and quote tools are stored only to prepare your estimate and complete your order.
- SMS opt-in. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number and consent record. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links — to keep the site secure and understand how it’s used.

- Marketing and SMS. You can opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and stop text messages by replying STOP (see the SMS Terms).

We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
