Our services
This website describes the shipping, packing, printing, notary, mailbox, passport, and related services offered at our locations. Product and service descriptions are provided for general information. Availability, materials, and turnaround can vary by store.
Quotes & orders
- Quotes are estimates. Prices, turnaround times, and specifications quoted through the site or in person are estimates and are not a binding offer until we confirm your order in writing.
- Confirmation. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and, where applicable, receive payment or a deposit.
- Changes. Final pricing may change if your files, quantities, materials, or specifications differ from what the quote was based on. We’ll let you know before proceeding.
Files you send us
When you upload or send files for a quote or order, you represent that:
- You own the rights to the content, or have permission to reproduce it; and
- The content is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
You grant us the limited right to store, reproduce, and process your files solely to prepare your estimate and complete your order. We may decline any job — for example, content that appears infringing, counterfeit, or unlawful — at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, upload malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
